No Worries offers a flexible accounting service for contractors living and working in the UK. We deal (almost) exclusively with a large Kiwi, Australian, and South African client base that grows continually, mostly through word-of-mouth referrals.
We offer a complete accounting service for contractors including: completion of accounts, payroll bureau, dividends, corporation tax computations, easy-to-use Internet bookkeeping system, unlimited email or phone access to your accountant and all company returns for a fixed monthly fee of £85 + VAT (for our modestly priced ‘Gold’ service), and £105 + VAT (for our most popular ‘Club Gold’ service).
Our simple-to-use No Worries online bookkeeping software provides full transparency so you know exactly where you stand. See your full invoice history, a record of our fees, quarterly Statement of Position, your company expenses, your annual personal earnings to date (a very useful tax planning tool!)…and more.
About Us
No Worries was kicked off in 2003 by two New Zealander’s living and working in London, Greg Hanton and Helen McMurtrie. Our aim was to deliver an outstanding, easily accessible accounting service for a predominately NZ, Aus, SA client base.
It was baby steps at first – in 2003 the business was run out of home in the evenings and weekends. We managed to both keep contracting, while also meeting the demands of a growing client base. The decision to commit to the business full-time was made for us once we realised there was in fact only 24 hours in a day, and during some of that, it was important to get some sleep.
Our first office space was leased at 2B Seagrave Road, London, in June 2006. It was a small bright office that could fit five staff members – but we outgrew it within a year.
We now occupy a much larger, open plan office, which enjoys all day sun and a view out over the rooftops of London, obstructed only by the District line trains passing every 3.5 minutes (when running on time!).
We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service delivered in easy-to-understand, plain English backed up by a robust easy-to-use Internet based software. Our commitment to providing contractors with effortless access to their company operations, and personalised accounting support at a competitive price, remains our number one driver.
