No Worries offers two services tailored to suit the needs of professional contractors working in the UK who want to ensure they operate in the most cost effective way. Below is a quick summary of our services.

Our clients are not restricted by the services detailed below. If you have any specific requirements, we are happy to discuss these with you and offer a solution that fits your business.

We offer a 10% discount on our rates for each new customer you refer to our accounting service.

Gold £80/mth (+VAT)

Our basic service: Beyond your company’s statutory reporting requirements, the company accounts are reconciled by us once a year, and VAT services are not available.

Club Gold £100/mth (+VAT)

Our most popular accounting service: Additional to your company’s statutory reporting requirements, accounts are reconciled by us monthly so we always have up to date financial information to hand. We provide you with a Profit & Loss every quarter, and check your invoices/expenses and earnings payments are being recorded and paid correctly. Full VAT services are available.

Switching to our accounting service

It costs nothing to transfer over to our service, provided your accounts are up to date and your company is NOT VAT registered. If your company is VAT registered we will charge our usual one-off VAT maintenance fee of £100 (+VAT).

Other charges (all prices EXCLUDE VAT)

• Setting up company: one off charge of £100
• *VAT registration and administration: one off charge of £100
• Winding up your company: £FREE (provided you are an existing client)
• Switching to our Accounting service: £FREE (provided your accounts are up to date. If VAT registered our one off VAT charge will apply)
• Personal self‐assessment tax return (if requested): £75 (increases to £110 if requested after 01 Oct each year)
• Annual Shuttle Return (ASR) to Companies House charge of £15 (no VAT)
