Our packages

No Worries is set up to deal with both brand new customers, and customers transferring from other accountants.

 

No Worries offers two packages tailored to meet the requirements of our customers. These packages have been put together to suit the needs of professional contractors working in the UK wanting to ensure they can operate in the most cost effective way.

Gold service - our basic service: your accounts are only dealt with once a year

Club Gold service - our most popular
accounting service

 

GOLD £80 per month (+VAT)

The Gold is our most 'modestly priced' service. We act as your Company Secretary, however, VAT registration is not available and your account is only reconciled once a year.

CLUB GOLD £100 per month (+VAT)

The Club Gold service is our most popular package. We act as your Company Secretary, and your account is reconciled quarterly to ensure all transactions are accounted for. We will also provide you with a Profit & Loss every quarter so you know where your company stands. We offer VAT registration and administration if requested or required.

Company Secretary (all services)

The office of Company Secretary is administrative, and as such we will keep a check on the Company’s compliance with its statutory responsibilities, and otherwise act according to your instructions as director.

OTHER CHARGES

Setting up your limited company

If you want to get contracting quickly, we have self companies available to our No Worries customers who intend to use either our Gold, or Club Gold accounting service.

Our one-off charge for this is £100 (+ VAT).

Winding up your limited company

Finished contracting and ready to head back home, or take a permanent role? No problem, we will look after winding up your ltd company.

Provided you are an existing customer, this service is free.

(Companies House will however charge a fee of £10 to dissolve your limited company).

Charges for VAT (if VAT registered)*

We charge a one-off fee of £100 + VAT for all clients who want to be VAT registered. This covers VAT registration, all quarterly VAT returns, and VAT deregistration if/when the business finishes trading.

Personal Tax

Would you prefer someone else to take care of your personal self-assessment tax return?

This service costs £75 + VAT for a straightforward self-assessment tax return (salary, UK dividend, and savings income), and will initially be offered solely to existing or past customers of No Worries.

If you have any capital gains tax, rental income, sole trader etc issues, we will assess our fee on a case-by-case basis.

Moving to the No Worries service

£Free - we will not charge you wanting to move across to our service provided your accounts are up to date. Check out more information on this here.

Companies House ASR fee

The completion and submission of your company Annual Shuttle Return (ASR) to Companies House is included in our accounting fee. You will however need to pay the Companies House charge of £15 (no VAT) separately.

PAYING US FOR OUR SERVICE

New Customers using a No Worries Shelf Company:

Fee starts from the first day of the first invoice period with No Worries. If your first invoice 'start' date is partway through a month we of course only expect payment for the remainder of that month. All subsequent payments will be made on the first day of the month, for the month.

Swap Overs:

Fee starts from the specified date in the 'swap over email' which is sent to your old accountants informing them that you wish to use our service (see Swapping to us). If this date is partway through a month we of course only expect payment for the remainder of that month. All subsequent months will begin on the first day of the month, made in advance. It costs nothing to transfer over to our service provided your accounts are up to date. However, very occasionally we do get folks signing up for our service with accounts that are an absolute dogs breakfast - in cases like this we do need to assess whether or not they will incur a charge.

All Customers:

We recommend you set-up a standing order within your company bank account to make payment automatically every month.

If you decide to take a holiday where you will not be earning for a month or more; or you find yourself in a position where you will not be contracting for a month or more, please notify us. If notified (and at our discretion), we will not charge for any month/s for which you do not work.

If there is more than one person wanting to operate through the same limited company, the above fee applies on a per person basis.

The No Worries service

When you sign up, you are given your own management account within the No Worries web site where you can enjoy the freedom to:

- Generate company invoices online;
- Store commercial info on multiple
   contracts for quick invoice
   generation;
- Email invoices to your client/agency
   using a password protected
   system;
- Print automatically generated
   invoices if you require a hard copy;
- View your company invoice history;
- Enter all company expenses online
   and view company expense
   history;
- View/edit statutory company
   information;
- More than one user can be given
   access the same Company
   database.

So, forget invoices in Word, expense claims in Excel, emailing attachments or sending paper copies to your clients or agency. Our Internet-based system links straight into our bookkeeping system and automatically generates the required documentation for you. All we require from you is to correctly enter the information once and you're done - its as simple as that.

We offer a 10% discount on these rates for each new customer referred onto us. After 10 referrals you get our service for free.
